Tyson is one of 15 brothers and sisters from a very large local family. His wife and two kids live, work and play in our local area. He comes to our agency with multiple years of experience in the insurance industry with a focus on small and mid-size businesses. Jon Patterson has joined the JPI Team as our mid to large commercial account representative. Jon has become infamous around our office for his bright personality and his even brighter selection of socks! Born and raised in Richland, WA in a "Leave it to Beaver" family. He grew up playing soccer and basketball, graduated from Liberty Christian High School in 2000 and went on to graduate and play collegiate soccer at Corban University in Salem, Oregon. Jon has been married to his lovely wife Kellie for 10 years and they have a 9 year old son named Evan. In his free time, you can find Jon on the local golf courses with his son Evan, usually in his aforementioned colorful socks. On a serious note, Jon has extensive experience working with medium and large size businesses offering a unique value added approach in protecting a business. He is also point-man for for the agency on our health sharing ministry, legal shield, identity theft and business life insurance.
Alexis was born in Prosser and grew up in tri-cities. She is fluent in English, Spanish and even knows a bit of sign language! Prior to being employed at Joe Peterson Insurance, she worked at an animal veterinarian dog training facility. Her love for animals is great, but her love to assist customers is even greater. Amerah is a key member of our business insurance team at JPI. From the day she arrived, she jumped right in and within a week, it was like she had worked here for years! She is married and has two young children, and in her spare time likes family biking, backyard BBQ’s and spending every summer weekend on the Columbia River boating with her family!
Julie grew up in Ellensburg, WA and relocated to the Tri-Cities in 2007. She is in the process of completing her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology. She began her career in insurance in the Summer of 2001 in Ellensburg, WA with Haggerty Insurance Associates, Inc. She worked as an agent with Haggerty in the personal lines department. When Haggerty retired, the business sold to Libke Insurance Associates, Inc. where Julie became the Branch Manager and continued to further her knowledge and experience by adding commercial lines to her knowledge and skills. In 2011, she received her CISR designation.
Julie is an active volunteer since 2009 with Good Samaritan Ministries in Richland, WA as a lay counselor and continues to be very involved in her Church.
Becca has worked almost 10 years in the insurance profession and has lived in the Mid-Columbia for over 30 years. Becca graduated from Prosser High School, has 4 children, a dog and a cat and loves to camp and hike in our regions mountains and is an avid fan of everyone's favorite football team, the Seattle Seahawks.
Raised in Prosser, Sandey began her career in insurance in 1997. Specializing in Personal Lines, Sandey is a friendly, thorough, and detail-oriented addition to the office. When she's not working, she loves camping, knitting and gardening. She can also be found out on the backroads on her Yamaha V-Star “Charlotte”.
Tina has 25 years in the insurance industry and has 3 children and 6 grandchildren. She has been involved in the Salem Chamber since 2005; she also has been the Chair of the Monday Chamber Business Women, Ambassador Chair and Greeters chair. I served on the board for United Way and have volunteered for many events. I'm fluent in Spanish and have a passion for helping people. I also love to travel and hang out with family and friends. Finally, I've been Ambassador of the Quarter several times.
