I just wanted to send you a quick thank you note for all of your great help over the last year I have been your customer. I was also thrilled and comforted last week when you left a message on my voice mail letting me know your agency was aware of the predicted windstorm that was going to hit our area. The message was so appreciated because it gave me a sense of calm when it said you were aware of the storm, gave your phone number and an assurance that you and Pemco would be available all through the night to take any calls if we had damage because of the storm. Then the message wished us a safe passage through the storm! What a wonderful thing to do! I cannot tell you how many people I told about your call the next day. Luckily I did not have any damage but the call meant so much to me.

My family has been a customer of Pemco Insurance for many years now. We insure both our home and cars through Pemco. This letter supports our opinion that Pemco is the best provider of insurance we have found. We often receive unsolicited quotes from other companies. Many times they are less than the premium we pay for Pemco. There is more to insurance though than the premium alone. It is also the local agents and most important the insurance company when there is a claim. In the many years we have paid for coverage from Pemco we have had claims for home and auto. We received immediate, personal attention from the company and local agency as well.
